EAST LANSING, MI — The 2023 MHSAA Girls Basketball Finals are a wrap at the Breslin Center on the campus of Michigan State University.

Four teams were crowned state champions on Saturday, March 18.

  • Division 1: Rockford defeated West Bloomfield 40-36
  • Division 2: Lansing Catholic defeated Frankenmuth 43-29
  • Division 3: Hemlock defeated Blissfield 59-43
  • Division 4: Glen Lake defeated Baraga 60-43
